With an intense flavour typical of freshly pressed oil, it is full-bodied on the palate. It is a high quality oil, produced from Italian olives Coratina and Oliarola cultivars, cold pressed with the traditional stone mill method. The olives are pressed within 24 hours of harvesting to preserve all the scent of nature. The intense character with a fruity and decisive taste makes it ideal for use raw on bread, salads and carpaccio. Also perfect for enhancing legumes, pasta and meat and fish dishes.
