“Grezzo di Frantoio”

Levante

“Grezzo di Frantoio” Grezzo di Frantoio Masseria San Nicola is the result of a family tradition that has been passed down for 120 years. In fact, it was in 1902 that the first production of unfiltered oil was started in Andria, giving rise to a high-quality raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil, still produced today with the same passion as in the past and obtained from the perfect combination of artisan workmanship and the latest technologies. This Extra Virgin Oil is made exclusively with Coratina and Oliarola cultivar olives, cold pressed using the traditional method of stone mills within 24 hours of harvesting. The result is a fine oil: genuine and full-bodied on the palate, with a fresh and intense flavor characteristic of freshly pressed olives. Its authentic and intense fruity taste makes it ideal for dressing raw vegetables, bruschetta and salads, but also for enhancing first courses and meat and fish dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
